New Membership Opportunities
Thank you for the interest in our Club, which is located at 205 Gun Club Lane, Mars, PA 16046. The New Member Orientation (NMO) sessions in 2026 will be held on the last Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM and the scheduled meeting dates are as follows:
Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 7:00 PM
Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 7:00 PM
Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM
Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 7:00 PM
The meetings are held one or two days a month based on need, so if you are unable to attend a scheduled meeting at predesignated time due to work schedules or family commitments, please call Faye and make arrangements for a different time and day of the week. Attendance at a NMO session is the first part of gaining membership in the Club and we will be covering information on the Club, rules and guidelines for the ranges, and the different types of membership/dues; along with a brief safety presentation/reminders.
After the NMO meeting and during the next month, your name will be read at the next monthly meeting and published in the monthly newsletter. You will be expected to attend the following monthly meeting to be voted onto Membership. (Example, if you attend NMO in February, your name will be read at a March meeting/published in the March newsletter. You will be expected to attend the April membership meeting.)

Regular Membership/year-Prorated by quarter (over age 65 must be a Regular member for 3 years and then can apply for Senior Membership.)

**Ongoing Discount: Anyone who has an Access card can reduce their fees annually by working 10 activity hours a year on projects, shoots, events, or special assignments made by the Membership Secretary/BOD or a Chairman of an event/activity. Having a signed activity card will reduce your annual fee by $100.00.**
Anyone who wants to get an Access card after they become a member will be required to pay the $100.00 fee prior to receiving their card. Anyone who loses a card after it is assigned will be required to pay a $20 fee to have it replaced.
If you are a Trap person or want to be a trap person, please feel free to come to Tuesday night Trap Practice 5p – 8p, which is open to the public. Follow our calendar on the website for other events open to the public @ marsrodandgunclub.org. The gate is always open for any of our events.
Complete the “Contact Us” form, at the top of the page, with your information so I can add you to the Prospective Membership waiting list, and send you out any additional information you request. Again, if you have scheduling issues that involve rotating shift work and days off, please let me know in the comments on the “Contact Us” form. If you completed a “Contact Us” form and did not receive an answer, please resubmit the form. There was an tech problem identified which has been rectified.
Hope to see you at a future meeting where you will fill out an application the night of the NMO and pay the yearly dues (cash, check or Venmo accepted).
