The Annual Wild Game Dinner, the Club’s biggest event of the year, will be held on Saturday, March 16th 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This is the 30th year for this event. Throughout the night, there will be pictures showcasing many of the Club members (so if you have any current or older pictures, please email, text or talk to Faye (724-321-2691).

There will be a 50/50 raffles, gun raffles (youth gun raffle also), door prizes and Chinese Auction items. You need a ticket to participate and the donation is $40.00. For tickets, see Brian Felsing or call 412-480-9729 . Having a ticket gives you the opportunity to win designated guns. Beer is available and anything else is BYOB/mixers.

If you are attending the dinner, please bring a wild game dish, vegetable, salad, or dessert. Please mark your dishes and utensils with your name. Sign-up sheets will be posted on the door near the kitchen for what food you are making/bringing. Any questions, call Faye.

Help Wanted: Sign-up sheets are posted on the door at the Club for where you are interested in helping. Great time to get almost all your hours in for the year. Any questions, call Brian Felsing.

  • Friday March 15th: There will be Club clean up Friday afternoon starting at 1pm along with setup continuing into the evening.
  • Saturday March 16th: Set up of the meeting area and kitchen will start about 12 noon. Food tables need to be set up and organized so when people arrive, they can just set their food on the designated tables. Also, there will be preparations being made in the kitchen cutting up cheese, setting up, etc.
  • Sunday March 17th: Cleanup will continue on Sunday starting about 10 am till completed.

Please take the opportunity to help the Club with the fund raiser and get some of your hours in for the year.
